Quitman, Texas

Quitman, Texas, is located about 35 miles north of Tyler, Texas, at the crossroads of two Texas highways:

State Highway 37, which runs from Mineola, north through Quitman, to Winnsboro; and

State Highway 154, which runs from Sulphur Springs, south to Quitman, then east to Gilmer.

 

CAMP LOCATION

Inner Circle Christian Youth Camp is held at the Woodmen of the World Northeast Texas Youth Camp facility in east Texas. The camp is located just north of Quitman, on the shores of beautiful Lake Quitman. The physical address of the camp is 560 County Road 1447, Quitman, TX 75783.

Directions: From Quitman, starting at the intersection of Main St. (F.M. 2966) and Lane St. (Loop 173): Head north on F.M. 2966 (Main St.). After about 6 miles, turn right on County Road 1460. After about 1 mile, turn right on County Road 1447. The camp entrance will be about one-half mile down the road, on your right.
